The Diagnostics Development Engineer is a member of the R & D team for the MPT3000 product line and is responsible for creating and supporting manufacturing and customer tools which validate hardware components and identify hardware problems.

The role includes the review of new electronic designs and schematics, identifying diagnostic methods and strategies, coding, debugging, and maintaining software and algorithms, and supporting hardware integration and bring up.

The candidate will work with hardware, FPGA, and software development teams to understand, plan, and implement the hardware diagnostic requirements for MPT3000 components.

Responsibilities:

Working closely with multiple hardware and firmware engineering groups to define diagnostic requirements.
Maintaining and developing diagnostic software for new MPT3000 components and features.
Lead new diagnostic development.
Plan, coordinate, and document work with engineering and release groups.
Maintaining calibration software for the MPT3000 system.
