Job Summary:

Responsible for assigned customer quality related activities, including customer meeting, customer report, document review, customer audit, external and internal quality issue handling and reviewing, CAPA follow up, continuous quality improvement project, engineer skill training, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Customer complain/investigation request/return material handling, including analysis, investigation, follow up, corrective action and reported with the customer (8D)
  • Co-work with relevant function teams for customer feedback or requirement carry out
  • Introduce the customer specific requirement and quality standards into the quality system and processes.
  • Customer SPEC review and handling
  • Representing the customer in the disposition of discrepant material or process.
  • Helping identify and initiate control actions for non-conforming material or process
  • Customer audit and 3rd party coordination and ready
  • Other duty assigned by supervisor

Travel Required:

  • Domestic 30% International 5%


  • University degree in engineering
  • More than five years’ experience in assembly/fabless/semiconductor
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Can work under high pressure
  • Fluent in English
