Key Responsibilities

Involve development operations & support internal teams
Partner with global Program managers, leaders and users to drive simplification and improve the system availability
Provide support to the team by assisting with production release reviews, incident management, prioritization, initiation, execution & closure for all operations work
Champion quality methodologies and rigor throughout all Global Operations team initiatives; identify opportunities and complete projects to improve internal processes, application availability and performance
Maintain effective working relationships with functional leaders, peers and vendors to seamlessly support
Align to the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
Keep up to date with enabling technologies to improve application availability
