Key Responsibilities

Engages with customers at a Senior and management  level to identify High Value Problems affecting customer’s ability to achieve technology milestones.
Manages GPS Managers and Engineers providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Responsible for technical development of  GPS unit.  Mentor new managers.   Implement appropriate training plans to enhance strength of the team
Define budget and track costs for the GPS unit.
Technology expert on several product lines within the BU
Participate in and drive  Engineering Design Reviews
