Can you understand how our technologies are used in real world applications and to identify how security threats translate into new design requirements?

We are seeking a SOC, Microprocessor, or similar design/verification engineer with Hardware Security experience. The successful candidate will join Arm’s Central Technology team where they will help shape the security of future generations of Arm product to ensure we meet the security needs of tomorrow’s systems.

Security is an important aspect of Arm’s IP and this central role has the opportunity to develop over time.


Working with engineering teams across Arm to enable them to efficiently deliver hardware products with the right security support
Collaborate with the IP architects to enable Arm’s IP to be able to meet future security demands.
Start to build security by considering real use-cases and decompose these security requirements across our IP and software to demonstrate how the collective Arm Solution can address the security challenge.
Identify the security needs of future systems that will be build using Arm IP and then bring those together as security objectives for future products in our roadmap
Offer a centralized source of security engineering know-how: assisting projects in design reviews, participating in efforts to classify and prioritize vulnerabilities and remediations, and championing the database of hardware security objectives that guide project team’s execution
Establish links with the Functional Safety teams as security and safety are becoming strongly linked.
Advocate and educate: advocate for hardware security & be one source of training for engineering teams
Assist in responding to high-priority issues or customer questions
