About the role

Working within the Automotive & IoT line of business, and reporting to the VP Automotive Business, the Director, Automotive Partnerships, will play a vital role in helping to engage, develop and support the global automotive ecosystem for Arm, with a particular focus on Tier 1, OEM, software partners and other industry stakeholders and influencers. Managing a multi-geography team, you will identify, develop and own strategic partnership initiatives to support defined business objectives. You will have an in-depth appreciation of the Automotive technology landscape, the key stakeholders, industry trends and have a keen eye for potential disruptions and threats. Your team’s remit is to advocate Arm’s foundational role in automotive technology to industry stakeholders and ensure that the Business has real-time knowledge of key industry trends, and stakeholder silicon, software and system requirements which will inform the business’s technology, solution and product strategy.

**This role can be located in either our San Jose CA, Austin TX, or Cambridge (UK) office.**

What will I be accountable for?

Identify global automotive partnerships and business opportunities that are strategic to achieving Arm’s commercial goals and supporting the wider Arm ecosystem
Develop and drive ecosystem partner engagement plans aligned to business objectives
Build and develop strategic and active networks at all levels within the ecosystem
Advocate the value for downstream ecosystem stakeholders to engage with Arm in innovation, technology and future trend discussions
Identify regional automotive trends and ensure these feed back into the line of business product and solution strategies
Close collaboration with the Product, Solutions, Technology and Sales teams to support the commercial goals of the business
Be a spokesperson for the Automotive business, representing and presenting on behalf of Arm at conferences and events
