Understanding of SerDes architectures and applications. Integration of SerDes in SoC and board/package interactions
Drive SerDes IP/products roadmap and definition based on market research, competitive analysis, market segmentation and SWOT analysis
Define and execute a competitive marketing strategy for SerDes IP products by understanding customer roadmaps and industry requirements
Work with sales, engineering, program management and application engineering to drive product success at various customers
Develop MRDs and work with Engineering teams to come up with right products for market
Identify strategic product partners to build SerDes IP ecosystem with controller vendors and ASIC houses
Lead development of technical marketing & sales collateral
Author and produce competitive sales tools in the form of presentations, briefs, white papers and website content
Communicate and evangelize Products in Cadence live training events, speaking opportunities and social media
Ability to develop or recognize creative solutions to opportunities and problems
Ability to synthesize unstructured data and present recommendations successfully to senior management
