Teradyne

The Customer Support Applications Engineer will work independently to assist customers in the use of Teradyne-related products, provide new product design input, develop training material, instruct internal and external engineers with existing products, and publish application notes for instrumentation and system use cases.

Primary responsibilities include direct contact with Sales, Customer, and Engineer experts to familiarize and resolve customer issues with typical instrument use cases. Conduct specialized training classes for both hardware and software-related activities. Develop instrument problem reports and work with engineering to resolve them. The Application Engineer will represent the user’s interest in new product design.
