As the engineering leader you will manage a rapidly growing team of 30+ engineers and be expected to adopt a wide range of responsibilities. These include line management (including assisting with the development of careers, mentoring and coaching, managing accountabilities and objectives), resource assignments and future project planning, managing contractors and financial budgets. You will also work with other engineering managers and Tech Leads on managing the engineering execution of projects.
Outside of this primary role there are many opportunities to craft the team culture and norms, improve engineering practices and be part of the rapid and exciting growth of Arm Solutions Engineering. It all depends on your skills and interests.
