Willing to make frequent travel to customer sites within the US Central Region to perform preventive maintenance procedures, system level repairs, system installation, and acceptance testing of Teradyne Semiconductor Test Systems (J750, UltraFLEX+, Eagle Test). Interface with various support teams within Teradyne to deliver on Teradyne’s commitment to our customers. Provide remote technical support. Provide active management of assigned account needs and escalation to management. Make recommendations to existing product solutions to improve tester up-time and performance
