This Global Account Manager shall be responsible for managing all Greene, Tweed activities at assigned strategic account on a global basis. The Global Account Manager will manage strategic account relationships and understand strategic accounts’ business, ensuring action and responsiveness to strategic account, developing and executing strategic selling and long-term business plans, and may have responsibility for  leading teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Understand strategic accounts’ business, strategies, and objectives; and manage strategic account relationships
  • Understand decision-making process of strategic account, and monitor / counter competitive activity
  • Understand market dynamics and strategic accounts’ customer relationships and conflicts
  • Create strategic account plan, including segment objectives, to drive action and responsiveness to strategic account
  • Develop and execute strategic selling and long-term business plans – for both new tool specifications & retention of specs in aftermarket
    Select and lead global and cross-functional teams
  • Network with company & customer engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives to assess and remove roadblocks
  • Form executive relationships in accounts to support staff and customer.
  • Direct activities to assess share gain opportunities and cultivate potential specifications, pricing considerations and contract requirements

Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years practical experience in Semiconductor; specifically the spares and consumables space within the etch, deposition or wet chemical processing segments.  Experience working with Lam Research is desired.

Proven success in a consultative sell, focused on material solutions desired; Preference given to candidates with Seals and elastomers/plastics background, or selling similar material solutions.

Strong customer focus, balanced with financial/business acumen to achieve sustainable growth targets.

Selected candidate will have strong influence skills, be self-motivated and action oriented, driving for results in varying market conditions.

Selected candidate must have strong data analysis skills, leveraging technology to drive forecasting and account reporting.

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present technical data.
Success as a territory (remote) based salesperson or account manager.

Candidate must have strong business acumen and experience executing a strategic plan to achieve organizational objectives.

Strong customer focus, balanced by strong business acumen to achieve GT objectives.
