In your new role you will:
Provide 2nd-Level technical support to our end customers around the world and field application engineers (US)
Answer daily technical questions mainly via email, chat and social media channels
Guide and supervise our technical service center employees(Germany/China)
Be an expert in training for our distributors and junior support team-members (focus US)
Help select and develop appropriate service center personnel
Expand our knowledge base by utilizing available tools and methods
Selective traveling to support our 1st line Sales team
