Job description
In your new role you will:
Be responsible for special business critical topics (e.g. trade restrictions, pricing, product issues, escalations or contracts) with need for organizational alignment between the Account Management Team, Business Lines, Product Lines, Regions, the headquarter and the Executive Management Team
Handle major customer escalation issues by involving the Sales, Marketing & Distribution Head and other internal stakeholders on Executive level
Be responsible for the strategic development of global accounts by supporting customer and internal workshops as well as supervising the annual Account Bluebook Process for respective accounts
Develop and improve constantly methods, tools and practices for Global Accounts within the Industrial Power Control Division
