Work seamlessly with the development team on design challenges relevant to Service (Diagnostics, Reliability, Matching, Stability)
Influence Designers to adopt features that optimize KLA’s Service business: Calibrations, Diagnostics, Cost of Service, Reliability, IP protection
Create Service documentation, FSB, and Tech Talk
Support product ramp worldwide – Early shippers/Beta launch support, PM validation and improvement
Develop and drive CoS reduction roadmap
Feature Requirement Specification Document definition and execution
Support Product Life Cycle work, Service Readiness Reviews, and Phase Exits.
Provide training and critical issues support to the field on both development and released products.
Take ownership and lead small projects.
Passionate about traveling onsite, support during H2H, Eval, beta testing, and gap analysis.
Support Flash Scan and Laser Scanner tools – troubleshooting, data analysis, stability and matching
Perform detailed analysis and troubleshooting, share findings, and drive standardization
Detail technical work and create best known methods (BKMs) on released products. .
Contribute to the service alert meeting and develop Plan of action. Use the Product knowledge in the development of POAs. Detail any improvements need to knowledge data or systems.
Perform CSE assist with phone support or E-mail response. Respond and own L1 to L3 issues with plan of action and on-site support.
