As a Technical Support Engineer, you will use advanced troubleshooting logic, diagnostics and proven Best Known Methods (BKM) to solve complex semiconductor test system malfunctions and interrupts, the successful candidate will also:

Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues.
Prepare accurate and timely reports and ensure proper recording and closure of all issues.
Document tool issues, and develop the best-known-methods for troubleshooting cases. Share experiences to the team and contribute to the BKM system.
Support R&D projects to improve system performance. Review, forward, and discuss Technical experience with R&D.
Perform equipment installation based on manufacturing specifications.
Transfer new product knowledge to Field Service Engineers.
