KLA

Manages customer engagements in the area of Photolithography Metrology . Such engagements includes :

introduction of state-of-the-art KLA metrology equipment to solve customers Overlay, CD and process control problems.
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
Provides guidance to direct reports within the latitude of established company policies.
Candidate is expected to hold KLA values and works towards ensuring customer success.
Must operate within the existing policies of safety at both KLA and customer sites, hold confidentiality of KLA and customer information and practices and strive to exemplify such policies.
Works on highly technical issues of OPO, and EPE metrology scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Acts as advisor to direct reports to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.
Develops and administers schedules, performance requirements. Candidate is expected to interact heavily with Product Division engineering, manufacturing and marketing teams, work very closely with the the assigned Business Unit sales and service.
Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
Manages, either matrix or through direct reports, the coordination of the customer engagement activities with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
