Drive performance improvement and contribute to new strategies impacting SW KPIs, while collaborating to influence change with the goal of quality software with high customer satisfaction.

Lead a small team of senior software engineers accountable for SW quality and #1 in customer trust.  Involve in the development and execution of Software organizational vision, projects and initiatives in the area of SW quality with high customer satisfaction..

Guide team and also hands-on within Software & Controls group serving in multiple areas such as provide technical support to our customer, assist with software design/development, field deployment, troubleshooting, create training materials, documents and manuals.


Measure and monitor performance against established SW KPIs to ensure achievement of the team target and conduct periodic audit for opportunities to drive innovative improvements
SQA and continuous integrated SW test & development practices and methods.  Use of standard software development program management processes like agile.
Strong project management, working in teams, effective communication, and clear documentation skills are needed for this role.
Knowledge in applying structured problem solving, project management, and excellent presentation skills both verbal and written communication are essential in this role.
