The Product Manager represents the Product across all organizational boundaries, leading other groups, and organizations to:

Create and align vision
Align clear business and product objectives
Set and align product and business strategies
Set and align success criteria
Set and align prioritized product and business activities required to meet product development needs
Works directly with product marketing on market requirements and product lifecycle support strategy
Ability, confidence, and background to work with highly technical and competent individuals across multiple organizations & management levels
Demonstrated leadership, and courage to make decisions
Ability to provide clarity and guidance in a fast-paced environment
Familiar with Agile, SAFe product management methodologies and disciplines
