Job Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of Field Readiness Plan for New Products
Represents Customer Business Group(CSBG) in all executive Product Development & Release (PDR) program reviews
Achieves required alignment with the supporting groups to ensure a successful Field Readiness Plan, including:
CSBG Marketing – Spares, Service, UpgradesCoordinate the development of integrated CSBG product strategies (including commercialization, marketing, upgrade transition planning and pricing plans) working with the CSBG Product Line Managers for Spares, Service and Upgrades.  Serve as the liaison between CSBG Marketing/ Product Management and the new product development team.

Training, Escalation Support
Account TeamsRamp Planning, Training and Certification
Design for Serviceability and InstallSupport Level, Assessments, Drive Resolution of issues
