The General Manager for the Clean Product Division has a customer and strategic goals perspective and is accountable for achieving and delivering results for the business. The successful candidate will be the steward of Lam’s mission, vision and core values and drive culture accordingly to increase employee engagement and create an environment where successful people want to work. This position is located in the Clean Product Division headquarters in Villach, Austria.

Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute the strategic business roadmap for Clean Product Division Create differentiated value for our customers ensuring revenue and market share growth for the Clean business. Promote innovation and leading edge thinking when setting strategy and direction. Drive successful collaboration across different business units. Architect and execute strategies and plans successfully. The Clean GM has full P&L accountability for Lam’s Clean business.

Drive business results by understanding and improving customer experience, products and processes Deliver differentiated products and services critical to our customers’ success. Prioritize product decisions to meet long term business objectives. Establish trusting customer relationships. Ensure accountability systems are in place to meet objectives.
