Mainly field application support for KIOIXA, SONY and others. (1) Communicate with customer very closely, and find their demand and required improvement by native Japanese Language. (2) Work with on-site field service engineers to ensure smooth operation of cutting edge optical metrology instruments, including tool installation, system evaluation. (3) Perform experiments to characterize tool/subcomponent performance; take Applications ownership of escalations. (4) Establish and broaden the customer base with superior service by resolving their complex technical issues and managing escalations of those issues (5) Provide application recipe, system operation support and training to customers directly. (6) Train customers on tool operation and generate training material if necessary. (7) Work collaboratively with service team cross functionally to do trouble shooting on the tools. (8) Providing new system technology information and develop new application with customer.
