Good planning, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are essential. Also, the candidate should expect long hours of working in a cleanroom environment. This job opening is based in Milpitas, California. Although it’s also required to continue supporting the in-house development and/or field Apps support on other products/accounts. With that, 30% of traveling for work is expected.

System installation and warranty support
Recipe support for Intel’s 3DXP and 3D NAND product development
Engage other Onto product support (S3000 and MPG).
US account support especially covers the recipe support that been getting billable the various customers in the US. Co-owner on the global Apps task-force team to support L2/L3 performance-related escalation New installation/system support for the US/EU account if travel is not a limitation.
