- To lead the ability to maintain ISO accreditation and improve quality management system
- To lead and assist in reducing supplier quality problems (MRB)
- To lead and assist with shop floor quality problems and reduce number of NCs in production
- To lead and assist in company OBQ process
- To lead and assist in lessons learned culture
- To help develop and implement good fit processes in full alignment with overall company quality objectives and initiatives.
- Quality Management review lead (Quality management meeting)
- Develop culture of continuous improvement across the business
- To undertake and plan audits – internal and external
