Responsibilities
Deliver efficient and effective technical support to our customers world-wide, responding in a swift and accurate way, performing independent case research with the embedded hardware domain
Responsible for managing and tracking individual cases, monitoring progress, informing customers, etc.
Work closely with R&D team, distributing customer feedback and highlighting improvement topics
Create and release maintenance updates
Perform IP Release inspection of all product deliverables before customer shipment
