We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Manager (f/m/d), working remotely (location flexible), collaborating closely with our Application Engineering and Product teams, to take responsibility for Silexica’s sales activities in the US. You will set strategies and drive sales revenue, identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with existing and new customers. Your technical understanding of software tools, especially relating to software acceleration across multiple CPUs and FPGAs, as well as your market know-how and hands-on approach are a key part for this role.

Your role:

    • You are responsible for Silexica’s sales activities and customer relationship management to drive sales revenue for the US market


    • You engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and demonstrate the value proposition of SLX


    • You provide feedback to product management regarding market trends, customer requests and product enhancements for improving the adoption and usability of Silexica products


    • You prepare a yearly sales plan and implement long-term strategic goals for the US


    • You represent Silexica at industry events, to identify market requirements and promote Silexica products


    • You have good knowledge of the market as well as expertise on software tools and go-to-market strategies


    • You track activities on leads and accounts with Salesforce and share insights with our teams


Your strengths & qualifications:

    • You have at least 5 years experience in selling complex software products / tools


    • You have an understanding of embedded processors and FPGAs


    • You have graduated from an excellent university ideally with a degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering


    • You have experience in B2B enterprise sales or business development and the ability to build relationships with executives, engineers and product owners


    • You have a proven track record of increasing revenue through conversion of leads and extending the value of existing accounts


    • You demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication and relationship building skills


    • You are eager to help the best engineers of the world’s top companies (our customers) solve problems associated with complex software designs that involve MPSoCs incl. FPGAs.
