Mastering SW/HW Complexity At The Intelligence Edge

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Solutions Architect (f/m/d) working remotely (location flexible), to join our field application engineering team, collaborating closely with the Engineering, Product & Sales teams, pitching SLX to new potential clients, and solving technical challenges for existing customers in the US. You will use your deep understanding of computing challenges in our target markets to improve the product experience and customer’s success. You will also drive various initiatives to promote Silexica tools and make them easier to adopt – e.g. by developing demos or representing Silexica at industry events.

Your role:

  • You are solving technical challenges for existing customers and develop expert technical knowledge on product and customer environments
  • You engage with potential customers to understand their objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of SLX.
  • You deliver detailed technical solutions and customized pre-sales technical presentation and product demonstrations that address existing and potential customer’s requirements and integration issues
  • You work collaboratively with Silexica’s software engineering, product and sales teams to ensure that our customer’s challenges can be addressed using Silexica tools
  • You create application notes and develop best practices to help customers get the most out of SLX
  • You troubleshoot customer technical issues in real time
  • You provide feedback directly to engineering regarding market trends, customer requests and product enhancements that can be used to improve the adoption and usability of Silexica’s products

Your strengths & qualifications:

  • You have a degree in electrical engineering or computer science or equivalent and have gained several years of working experience since graduating
  • You have experience with developing or supporting software engineers in developing systems with embedded processors, FPGAs and GPUs, and understand their architectural differences and benefits
  • You have experience in (embedded) software development using C/C++ for RTOS and/or Linux running on heterogeneous multicore devices. Experience in working with HLS is a plus
  • You are a customer-oriented and communicative problem-solver and a strong team player
  • You are eager to help the best engineers of the world’s top companies (our customers) solve problems associated with complex software designs that involve MPSoCs incl. FPGAs. You are willing to learn to become a true technical expert and you have the passion to revolutionize parallel programming.
