Synopsys

The Synopsys Proteus Modeling and Simulation research and development team is responsible for the design, development and productization of full-chip software tools for modeling optical proximity effects, mask/wafer topography effects, and photoresist effects in DUV and EUV lithography processes. You will be a key player in designing and developing components for the modeling engine of the Proteus OPC platform. As part of the R&D team, you will help modernize the infrastructure, enhance the user experience, and improve the interaction of modeling components with the simulation engine and other applications. You will get to address challenging problems in advanced software engineering as you help develop innovative and highly efficient software architectures, interfaces, algorithms and data structures.

Responsibilities include:

– Creating specifications for and designing, prototyping, and developing new software components

-Playing a key role in gathering requirements and developing the design for new enhancements by closely working with the model developers and other Proteus product teams

-Working with customers to understand new requirements at early, exploratory stages
