Reporting directly to our Regional Technical Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our partners. Based in South Asia, your primary tasks will be to provide remote and onsite support, educate and train customers, predominantly in South Asia. Technical support will be handled through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, telephone and on site.

Your role will also include the following tasks:
•    Manage customers support cases via CRM platform.
•    Provide application and robot support onsite.
•    Assist in parts replacements when required.
•    Basic repair of robot joints
•    Perform application analysis on failure and provide recommendations for improvements reports.
•    Conduct technical training for partners and end users.
•    Developing partners’/end users technical knowledge and abilities with regards to Universal Robots and applications;
