Tokyo Electron (TEL)

• Coordinate process support needs for plasma etch technology and engagements across customer sites and Japan factories for the US region.
• Works closely with sales and marketing groups, along with other functional areas, to identify and pitch new business opportunities.
• Provides technical support to our various internal and external customers on strategic continuous improvement projects.
• Interacts directly with internal and external customers by creating and presenting reports on current projects and activities.
• Communicates verbally and in written form to explain process work and influence customer interactions. (Demo reports, Technical review meetings)
• Self-manages multiple, complex, long-term projects by creating project tracking documentation, organizing meetings and performing project management tasks.
