We are looking for a talented manufacturing engineer to oversee and improve manufacturing processes. The manufacturing engineer’s responsibilities include identifying and continuously improving the manufacturing areas and processes, soliciting observations from operators, maintaining high level of product quality, designing new products and processes, as well as ensuring cost-efficiency while in compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.

To be successful as a manufacturing engineer you should be able to work effectively within a team and have a high level of technical expertise. An outstanding manufacturing engineer should be able to develop and optimize manufacturing processes for maximum efficiency, safety, cost-effectiveness, and quality.

Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities:
• Member of a small cross functional engineering team (mechanical/electrical/software) working to develop new products, improve existing products, and customize products to meet customer demands. Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Problem solving efforts and coordination of corrective actions with other departments and implementing solutions. Managing design documentation release on assigned projects. Developing and updating detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow.
• Developing and implementing cost-saving measures and quality control systems.
• Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
