Provide technical support for Xilinx ACAPs, FPGAs and Adaptive SoCs such as Versal and Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC as well as PetaLinux, Vitis and the drivers, libraries and BSP’s. Interface with customers, field engineers and factory engineering groups to resolve technical issues enabling customers to proceed with their designs and improving Xilinx products along the way. Provide technical support to customers on critical design issues and provide solutions to their specific needs. Work in a team environment to identify customer problems and propose appropriate solutions. Resolve customer issues on the Xilinx Forums.
