DELTA Microelectronics merged with Force Technology in 2016, creating the biggest GTS technology service company in Scandinavia.
DELTA was founded in 1941 to develop and share technology for both industry and society. It is one of Denmark’s eight GTS institutes. DELA has undergone a series of mergers since then, starting with the Danish Acoustical Laboratory, adding ElektronicCentralen and Lys & Optik (Light and optics).
FORCE Technology, meanwhile, began in 1940 when Svejsecentralen (Welding Center) was established. The combined companies have more than 1,600 employees.
