Formed from the 1996 merger of Pacer Systems Inc. (Billerica, MA) and Infotec Development Inc. (Santa Anna, CA.) in 1996. Pacer was an information technology (IT) services firm involved primarily in government electronic systems integration and engineering contracts, largely for the U.S. Navy.
Infotec was involved in systems integration and engineering, primarily with the United States Air Force and NASA.
