Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our advanced metrology and inspection tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor technology, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provide on-site professional technical support and troubleshooting
•Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of metrology equipment.
•Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges and ensure optimal tool performance.
•Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to address customer needs and feedback.
•Manage and resolve quality issues, including submitting DOA or RMA as needed.
•Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
•Travel, up to 75% to customer sites as required to provide support and training.
