This is an exciting opportunity for a proven electrical support engineer. This is role for a key individual who will work full time dedicated to specific customers performing all aspects of planning and execution to ensure customer satisfaction and contractual metrics are meet. Specific duties include:• Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure optimal performance of customers’ test equipment assets used with Keysight calibration SW• • Ensure compatibility between customer expectation and support provided by Keysight Technologies.• Provide advice to customers on environmental factors such as humidity, power, air conditioning, calibration cycle times, and test ETE configurations for best operational results• Provide assistance to customer to evaluate test failures, distinguishing between hardware & system software to determine if repair or re-alignment is required• Understand, and utilize all Keysight software based calibration platforms
