What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and development of multiple types of PLL including Analog, digital, Integer, fractional, SSC PLL, and RF PLL.
- Design of analog circuits such as VCOs, charge pumps, Bandgap reference, loop filter, ADCs, DACs, and voltage regulators.
- Design of high-speed digital circuits such as pre-scalers, dividers, and clock distribution paths.
- Coordinate design of test structures to enable testing of PLLs.
- Custom circuit design with planar, FINFET, GAA technologies in bulk, SOI process.
- Schematic entry, PLL characterization, and silicon correlation.
- Provide mentoring and technical leadership to team members.
- Coordinate silicon validation of PLL with test teams.
