Principal Product Engineer

• Develop or integrate digital design flow/tools with Cadence methodologies and technologies into Foundries’ advanced process technologies to meet customer’s criteria in high performance chip design.
•  Collaborate with R&D and Foundry to deliver high quality Cadence Genus synthesis Platform solutions to mutual customers.
•   Ability to analyze, communicate and lead resolution of complex technical issues for customers and team members.
• Prioritizes conflicting tasks or projects and decides how to proceed.  Establishes a reliable time estimation needed to complete tasks and projects, identifies resources required for completion, and asks for assistance when necessary.
• Align with R&D to set goal, strategy, plan & priority.
• Manage the onsite technical consulting of Cadence synthesis flows.
• Proactively seeks more information to address issues/problems
• Will be a key contributor to customers’ success.
