This Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer will play a key role in managing our manufacturing process with our global CM locations. More specifically, this person will own all aspects of PCBA and System / Unit level Manufacturing Functional Testing. Work hands-on with R&D to define test processes and required System / Unit run-in testing. Assist our CMs in the implementation of the manufacturing test process from the prototype build to the final production release. The Sr. Manufacturing Test Engineer will have the ability to identify any manufacturing functional testing challenges that affect the quality and integrity of our PCBA and Unit level assemblies. Review test related defects to identify root cause analysis. Additional activities will include the creation and management of KPI’s and other metrics which will need to be reported on a regular basis. This individual will need to work cross-functionally with other team members, will need to manage changes in priorities and execute plans in a high-tech, highly energized, team-oriented environment.
