Our Product Integration and Verification Group is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Senior Product/Hardware Verification Engineer with a strong background in analog, mixed signal, precision instruments and Power Electronics, product verification, and leadership for our High Power and DC Instrumentation product team located in our Deer Park, Illinois engineering development center. In this role you will be responsible for bringing our newest products from design to production. The Verification Lead will integrate with all functional engineering teams; HW, SW, Mechanical, Logic, Thermal, Applications, Manufacturing etc. and will be responsible for the creation and execution of an effective and efficient product integration and verification plan. Amongst other things, you will use your technical skills, your ability to integrate and motivate teams, your leadership skills, your project management skills, as well as your creativity and problem-solving skills to lead the team to success. This is a highly visible position critical to the success of the division. The Product Verification lead is also a senior member of the Product Development organization and will work closely with the division leadership team to champion and drive initiatives and improvements across all engineering disciplines.
