Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert point of contact for HAV (Hardware Assisted Verification) on Veloce emulation systems
  • Work with customers, engineers, and managers to develop, debug, and enhance complex emulation environments for Silicon Verification and Validation
  • Collaborate with R&D to solve complex verification problems directly related to specific customer emulation needs
  • Create documentation and training material for both internal and external customers
  • Research, define, and develop specifications for new features and product enhancements

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years experience in SoC Verification and Validation
  • Knowledgeable in modern methods for functional verification, SW testing, and SoC debug
  • Experience in Verilog/VHDL, Verilog,  SystemVerilog/SystemC, UVM for system level verification
  • Scripting languages (Perl, Python) helpful
  • Experience with standard SoC interfaces (PCIe, DDR, HBM, USB, Ethernet, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of emulation systems (Veloce/Zebu/Palladium)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimal travel required

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).  Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range for this position is $101,200 to $182,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.  Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
