What You’ll Be Doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Software Security Engineer to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development and a passion for cybersecurity. You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our software solutions’ security posture to protect against evolving cyber threats.

  • Design and implement secure software architecture & frameworks.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and security assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and integrate security features & controls into software applications.
  • Perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning and other security validation methods.
  • Respond to and remediate security incidents/breaches.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats and technologies.

Who/What We Are Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development with a focus on security.
  • A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Proficient in secure coding practices and common security protocols.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., OWASP, NIST).
  • Experience with security code review and automated testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 and is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
