Position Overview:
The Solution Architect is responsible for the successful application of the Advantedge Siemens PLM implementation methodology to deliver high quality PLM implementations. The Solution Architect will be encouraged to provide leadership, overall technical direction to the team, and mentorship to the customer based on Siemens standard processes. Our Solution Architects are leaders with vision in the respective verticals and will be encouraged to provide mentorship to the entire vertical on Industry Best Practices. The Solution Architect position will be working with the Electronics, Semiconductor, Industrial Machinery Business Unit’s Technical Delivery Office Director. Experience in the above-mentioned industries would be a plus for this position, but not required.

The total cash compensation range for this position is $ 124,200.00 to $ 248,400.00 with 7.5% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
