Opportunity Overview
Teradyne Production Board Test Division is looking for Senior Field Application Engineer who will be responsible for coordinating application support effort for customers in Taiwan, including test development, on site support and training.
- Manage ICT test development projects, ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
- Coordinating support activities among the local team to satisfy customer requirements.
- Communicate with customers to ensure understanding of customer requirements and to receive updated information from customers.
- To work closely with application team from other region ( Asia, USA, Europe ).
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required materials ( Test Fixture, customized parts & etc ).
- Work with service team to address customer’s daily production issue.
- Develop test solution base on customer’s specific requirement.
- Conduct training for customers.
- Collect information and feedback to engineering to resolve a hardware or software problem.
