Job Description
As a Product Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and customer needs. You will be responsible for design-in collaterals and for providing technical customer support on product level.
In your new role you will:
- Support technical Go to Market activities on product level to enable design-in / win
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level customer support on product level
- Act as Technical Customer Interface on product level in the commercialization phase
- Support Product Management with technical and engineering knowledge
- Provide technical product trainings to internal and external partners
- Provide structured input from market to Sales and R&D organization
