We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Product Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a part of new product development team working to release next generation PMIC/DCDC products in consumer and automotive application.
- Develops, Aligns, presents and executes product engineering project plan which includes all aspects of product engineering responsibilities (char, qual, etc) on assigned project to ensure flawless development through mass production release.
- Work with relevant team members to ensure best in class product cost is achieved (test, assembly, etc).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications are met.
- Escalates project plan risk /miss and takes prompt measures to manage risk or course correction plan
- Keeps PM and manager updated with project progress through weekly reports and dashboard updates
- Lead the team to provide resolution of foundry and manufacturing issues found during product development.
- Work with test engineering team closely to ensure best in class quality of test program (test coverage, test plan).
