Amir Zarkesh is a founder of iCelero and serves as their EVP of Engineering.
Zarkesh was the Executive VP of Engineering and a co-founder of 3Plus1 Technology.
Prior to that he was the Senior Director of hardware Engineering at QuickSilver Technology,
In 1998 Zarkesh was a founder of Transcendent Design and a principal contributor to Verilog-AMS standard. Transcendent was acquired by Mentor Graphics. Other roles include Principal Engineer in Viewlogic, which was acquired by Synopsys.
Zarkesh holds a PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics and MS in Electrical Engineering and Physics from UCLA.
