Jean Barbier is a founder and CTO of NanoXplore
Before starting NanoXplore, he was co-founder of AboundLogic (formely M2000).
Before AboundLogic, Barbier was co-founder of Meta Systems, later acquired by Mentor Graphics, where he was in charge of system hardware and back-end software development for ASIC emulator products.
Before Meta Systems, Barbier was at Dune Technology, another logic emulation company where he worked on hierarchical switching networks and algorithms.
Barbier started his career at MBC (micro-computers) later acquired by Matra Data Systems.
He graduated from University Paris VI in 1980.
