In 2000 Michael Hoyt founded Paradigm Works and holds the title of president.In 1996 was a founder of Mint Technology and served as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Previously, Hoyt was both a sales and marketing manager at Mercury Computer Systems. Prior to joining Mercury, Michael spent five years as a technical sales representative for Hewlett Packard.
Hoyt holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with distinction from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
