In 2002, Shiv Sikand was a founder of IC Manage and acts as their vice president of engineering.
Sikand has held technical and managerial positions at HAL Computer Systems, Silicon Graphics, Velio Communications and Matrix Semiconductors.
Sikand hold a BSc and MSc in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Manchester.
