In 1992, Masey was an early employee of Chronologic Simulation.
In 1996 he co-founded Surefire Verification which was purchased by Verisity, later purchased by Cadence.
More recently he was a founder of Privacy Networks Inc. and serves as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Todd served as Chief Executive Officer of Privacy Networks Inc. until January 2006.
